26″h in Colorado Marble

         Hygeiah(or Hygeia) is the Greek godess of health. This was acquired by the  Ivinson  Memorial Hospital in Laramie and is mounted in their atrium.  There are many gods and godesses in Greek mythology and each one is related to some human quality.

While visiting Wyoming, Portland artist Tom Hardy suggested I try welded iron using so many of the pipeline remnants left behind by the oil industry.  I did not sell this piece but I have no idea where it is.
